CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a 24 hours policy.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will be charged.

CANCELLATION FEE:

At least 24 hours prior ... Free
Within 24 hours ... 50% of the service amount
No show ... 100% of the service amount

Exception:

In the following conditions, we unfortunately cannot keep your appointment, and we will not charge a cancellation fee.

- When you are suffering from cold symptoms (a running nose, sneezing, sore throat, light cough, loss of taste and smell or increase of body temperature)

- When you have someone in your household who is suffering from a cold in combination with fever.

We will welcome your appointment at a different time or as soon as you feel better :)
